An anrgy Man sues wife for bearing ugly daughter and wins $120,000 in court.

A Chinese man divorced and then sued his ex-wife for giving birth to what he called an extremely ugly baby girl, the Irish Times reported.

Initially, Jian Feng accused his wife of infidelity, so sure that he could never father an unattractive child. When a DNA test proved that the baby was his, Feng's wife came clean on a little secret —
before they met, she had undergone about $100,000 worth of cosmetic surgery in South Korea.

Feng sued his ex-wife on the grounds of false pretenses, for not telling him about the plastic surgery and duping him into thinking she was beautiful, The Huffington Post reported.

The kicker? He won. A judge agreed with Feng's argument and ordered his ex-wife to fork over $120,000.
"I married my wife out of love, but as soon as we had our first daughter, we began having marital issues," he told the Irish Times. "Our daughter was incredibly ugly, to the point where it horrified me."

PDP CRISES: The Old PDP & New PDP Peace Moves Crash: G-7 Moving To APC

Things have fallen apart and it seems the centre can no longer hold as the peace talks between 7 Governor of the New PDP and President Goodluck Jonathan appeared to have finally collapsed. No friends in jungle!
“I can tell you authoritatively that the battle line has been drawn with them (the aggrieved governors). They have crossed the line. President Jonathan will no longer meet with them. To give a semblance of listening to them, the President will ask the Vice-President to meet with them (rebel governors).
"But the President will not do that again. There is nothing new that they can bring again. It is clear with their romance with the leaders of the APC that their hearts are no longer in the PDP."
This is what a Presidency source told Punch about the crisis.

Already, one of the G-7 governors, Rabiu Kwakwanso of Kano State, has declared that their romance with the All Progressives Congress, APC, is an indication that they are on their way to the APC.

The Presidency source told Punch on Thursday in Abuja that the President is no longer be favourably disposed to further discussions with the G-7 governors and other members of the New PDP.

The source added that rather than wasting his time on those who had made up their minds to weaken the PDP before leaving it, the President and his team would henceforth concentrate on mobilising members whose hearts and souls remained in the party.

He said, “It is also clear that what they want to do is to weaken the party before they will finally leave. Rather than wasting time on them, we will now concentrate on mobilising members whose hearts are still in the party. The truth is that we can no longer trust them.”

Kwakwanso had at a dinner organised by the Progressive Governors’ Forum in Abuja on Wednesday, said the G-7  governors’ romance with APC is very instructive for discerning minds.
“We are happy to be associated with the APC. We are still consulting concerning the invitation sent to us by the party to defect. In fact, our coming here shows that we are on our way to the APC. But as soon as we are done with the consultations, we would let the world know,” he assured.

I'm Under Pressure To Contest In 2015 ––Jonathan Declares

wazobiareporters
President Goodluck Jonathan finally broke his silence on Thursday on his rumoured second term ambition that could see him spend as much as 10 years in office as President of Nigeria. He said he is under pressure from over 1665 campaign groups who have volunteered to work for his re-election in 2015.

But the leadership of the leading opposition, the APC, has reacted to the alleged pressure on Jonathan to run in 2015, restating its determination to wrest political power from the PDP.

There will be a change of guard in 2015, the APC declared in Abuja. Besides, the APC said it is now putting all efforts to ensure that rigging of election is stopped at all cost.

The president’s presumed second term bid has been the thrust of the festering crisis in the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

Regardless, President Jonathan who spoke through his special adviser on political matters, Ali Ahmed Gulak said, even Nigerians abroad are “burning in unquenchable desire to return to the country and cast their votes for the ruling PDP come 2015”.

Speaking on Thursday in Abuja at a meeting of the Elders’ Advisory Council of the Goodluck Support Group (GSG), Gulak said: “Since our last meeting, we have received various support groups being coordinated by the GSG. We have, as of today, 1665. The last to visit was the Ochendo Solidarity Movement from Abia State.

"About 150 of them came to this office. We discussed. They have called on Mr. President to declare his intention. They said that they were not flattering. "There is no alternative to President Jonathan come 2015..."

Chairman of the Council of Elders of the GSG, Sen. Ibrahim Mantu, said many politicians in the country want to be identified with the good works of President Jonathan.

POLITICAL WAR: Jonathan Goes After Obasanjo For hosting G-7 Governors and others

If you are a Nigerian and you still believe that the battle of 2015 is yet to commence, then you must be sitting on a very long thing. But seriously, the race has commenced and it seems it will be a fight to finish. Confirming that Jonathan is now ready to battle Obasanjo, a credible source in Abuja said:
“Mr. President is aware of Chief Obasanjo’s previous antecedents. Look at his close relationship with the arrowheads of the rebellion in the PDP. He is the one who made Sule Lamido, Aliyu Babangida of Niger and Wammako of Sokoto. It’s the same thing with Nyako in Adamawa State."
The source who is close President Goodluck Jonathan told Sahara Reporters that he has commissioned a group of political pundits to begin to counteract former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s secret plans to work for the emergence of a Northerner as president in 2015.

The source added that the Jonathan’s team is charged with strategizing on the best maneuvers to contain all and every move by Obasanjo henceforth, until 2015.

The source added that Jonathan do not have a full understanding of where Obasanjo stands in the crisis tearing the PDP apart but added that the president has decided not to take chances.

The Northern members of the team set up by the president have been mandated to lead the first stage of Mr. Jonathan’s campaigns and consultations across the entire Northern states.

“Some of the president’s pundits have swung into action in the ‘core’ Northern states of Sokoto, Kano, Jigawa, Zamfara, Kebbi, Katsina and northern Kaduna,” the source confirmed.

The source added that a key strategy of Jonathan’s group is to seek the support of top Islamic and Christian clerics in the North. The well-funded presidential group is offering millions of naira to selected clerics in return for their political sympathy for Jonathan’s reelection in 2015.

Obasanjo is obviously not happy with Jonathan's style but is the president ready to fight dirty with his Oga?

POLITICAL POWER: Old PDP In Crisis as Appeal Court Reinstate a member of nPDP - Oyinlola as Secretary

Appeal Court Reinstate Oyinlola As Secretary

The crisis rocking the Peoples Democratic Party took an interesting turn on Wednesday as a Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja reinstated former Osun State governor, Olagunsoye Oyinlola, as the National Secretary of the crisis-ridden party. Note that Oyinlola is now part of the New PDP.

The three-man panel chaired by Justice Amiru Sanusi upturned the January 11 judgment of the Federal High court, Abuja, which sacked Oyinlola in the first place. But will PDP obey the superior court order?

In its judgment on Wednesday, the appellate court said the judgment of the Federal High Court, Lagos relied on to remove Oyinlola was not binding on him because he was not a party in the suit.

Justice Joseph Pine Pur, held that the judgment of the Federal High Court, Abuja, was null and void because he (Oyinlola) was denied a fair hearing in the Lagos suit relied on to sack him.

Besides, the court held that the judgment of the Federal High Court, Abuja, could not stand because the suit which led to the order was a multiplicity of action and therefore constituted an abuse of court process.

Funny enough, PDP that was quick to directed the Inspector General of Police to enforce the judgement against the New PDP and seal their secretariat, doesn't seem ready to respect this judgment. PDP has simply said they are studying the judgment.

This could just be another round of crises in the c

EXPOSED: Tonto Dikeh Snatches D'Banj From Genevieve

Information reaching Wazobia Reporters is that controversial Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh is seriously on the verge to remove Genevieve Nnaji from D'banj's heart and occupy the space. I hear she is giving her all to the affair, which started secretly few weeks back but the whole thing has been exposed.

Genevieve is said to be very bitter because she sees Tonto as a younger sister and could not believe that she of all ladies will go behind her to be having an "affair" with a man D'banj who she is trying to get back...

What is actually giving some people concern is the fact that Tonto Dikeh dated Don Jazzy when he and D'banj were still working together. But Tonto doesn't give a damn over what Genevieve or anyone think.
