Woman Whose Son Was Killed In Abuja Demolition Commits Suicide




Pandemonium took over the popular Kubwa-Zuba expressway yesterday, when angry natives of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) staged a protest on the ever busy expressway following the death of a woman and her son during the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) demolition of Aluguyi Village, popularly known as Lungu Village in the FCT.

Immediate past President of National Association of Women Journalists, Ms Asabe Baba was humiliated Thursday when the Chairman of the National Conference, Justice Idris Kutigi walked her out of the conference for misconduct.
Baba, a delegate from Gombe State representing NAWOJ at the conference had left her seat for another when another delegate, Chief Mike Ahamba (SAN), unsure of her identity, raised an alarm.

Withdrawal Of Case Against Abacha Family: Jonathan Flushes N413.68 Billion Away For 2015 Elections – CNPP


jonathan_2015The Conference of Nigerian Political Parties, CNPP, has expressed outrage over news reports that President Goodluck Jonathan is flushing down the drain N100 billion, in fact N413.68 billion for the 2015 presidential election.
CNPP, which quoted the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Economy, Dr Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, as saying: “We can confirm that Nigeria will on June 25, 2014 receive the sum of Euro 167 million from the Government of the Principality of Liechtenstein, part of the looted funds recovered from the Abacha family”, also faulted the minister’s announcement that the Federal Government has withdrawn the N100 billion charges against Mohammed Abacha, son of the late military ruler, General Sani Abacha, to ease the return of the N36.32 billion, looted by his father.

Female Church Member Rapéd by Pastor During Deliverance

Is it that some of these pastors don't get enough "bedroom things" from their wives or they are just allowing the evil spirits around to overshadow them? Sadly, a pastor identified as Samson Odey­emi, has been arraigned at an Iguobazuwa Magistrate court in Edo State, Sout-South Nigeria, for raping a married woman.

The victim was said to have gone to the pastor to seek spiritual healing follow­ing spiritual attacks she was having. Pastor Odeyemi allegedly asked the victim to pull her clothes but she refused, fol­lowing which he forcefully rapéd her against her will.
